RETURN AND REFUND

RETURN

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your phone case to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your phone case must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is eligible, you can contact us to request a return at sales@ponenvy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Pondok Raden Patah K-10, RT 01 / RW 04, Demak, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, 59563. Phone cases sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling costs for the return of the phone case are charged by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, provide some helpful information, at least a clear photo of the phone case showing the defect(s), and the receipt or proof of purchase if the phone case is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong phone case so that we can send new phone case without any cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE

  • The buyer made an error in ordering goods such as choosing the wrong type or model of the phone case, that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment
  • Errors in writing the shipping address, because it is very risky that the phone case will not reach its destination and even get lost in shipping. For that, we ask you to write down the complete and correct address

EXCHANGES

We only exchange them without any cost if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us at sales@ponenvy.com

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@ponenvy.com.
